"Liked the quality and service of this 5 star property - clean, friendly and attentive. Disliked the reckless and carless driving in the streets where the behaviours are lawless and total disregard for pedestrians or traffic rules and laws - very unsafe to walk or drive."

"Staff superb. Most things very good. 2 exceptions 1. The jacuzzi bath jets were broken and it was awkward to fill the bath. As this was one of the reasons I chose the room this was disappointing. 2. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Continental bit OK; cooked bit very poor. 1 smallish sausage and 2 small pieces of streaky bacon and 2 eggs. could have had beans and tomato but do not like them."

"I stayed 4 nights at hotel Izulu and it was the BEST accommodations I have ever experienced. The hospitality , location , rooms and all amenities truly are world class. The food is AMAZING! We dined for breakfast, lunch and 2 night in the restaurant. We had a dinner designed and created for us that I have never experienced anything like. Every single member of the staff had only our comfort and happiness in mind and they exceeded my expectations. There were so many little extra touches they did...
