"The check-in went well, but downhill from there. We had the family room but used 1 room. It was hot! The pool water was deep green and we could not see the bottom. We were told that it was going to be cleaned “tomorrow”. It took days to clean so no pool for 3 days and then the next day we were on a tour. "Our best stay in South Africa by far. We stayed for 6 days. So sad to leave. Sandy looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. Our spacious room opened onto a terrace overlooking a beautiful pool and garden area. A great breakfast. Staff were excellent always smiling, in a great leafy quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk to many shops and restaurants. We will be back when we return to South Africa "
