"In this hotel we experienced the BEST customer service in our entire trip to Spain. The staff is amazing and very helpful. they helped us with rental car and tour reservations and were all over customer experience. We stayed in the Rooms with the hot tub and it felt like a Spa. super clean and the bathroom set up and accessories were very nice.
