"Our first day is quite bad as they gave us a room that is not as im expecting from the photo advetisement... after i complained they moved as to a nicer rooom which makes me happy and comfortable. Its an all inclusive hotel ...food are always same everyday so i have to skip the dining most of the times and eat outside... anyways i still enjoyed my holiday ... great place to relax"

"Pros: the water park on site. 3 swimming Pools with pool side snack bar amd plenty of sun beds. The hotel staff if very kind and service oriented. There is a minimarket onside the hotel. Cons: the food quality is very bad and some none edible. The maintanance level is poor. The swimming Pool is dirty ( pool floor is full of sand). Air conditioning in the common areas almost dosent excist which is a nightmare during thr hot summer days, same for the rooms which some of them only has a partial...

"The breakfast buffet definitely poor for a 5 star hotel, I was expecting fresh juices, only had pork, same 3 fruit options everyday and dry pastries. The beds were the worse, soo low, very uncomfortable and they make noises. The shower was tiny as well argh. And then one receptionist lady (Ioanna) if I remember her name correctly, wanted us to pay extra for parking just because, to qoute her "ooh because 5 euros is such a lot of money that you cannot pay it". " Room - beachfront - absolutely worth paying extra for this, beach is lovely and kept clean. Water clean, warm and can walk in approx 100ft into the sea and still touch sea floor. Perfect environment for families with young children. All staff were impeccably polite , attentive and aimed to please, from hotel reception, bar staff, housekeeping, restaurant staff Food in restaurant was excellent- superb range of foods on buffet, delicious desserts, always topping up fresh watermelon, honey...

"Our rooms and staff were amazing . The staff was super friendly . Our room was clean and renovated.The only area I would step up is the food for the a la carte restaurants. It was still a buffet and food was not good. Drinks were very syrupy and not good quality . "
