Their model is completely flawed as only 1 person works everything so even if you want to change the temperature in your room, you text or call to have them do it at the desk. No one answered!! "Old colonial house. Nice common areas and garden. Breakfast included was good but minimal. Assitionaly they had fruits cofee and tea in the living room. In the evening they had port and delicious fresh cookies. My room was a garden level room - most probably assigned to servants in the old days. Not my cup of tea. Small room, no dresser - had to hang my clothes in the bathroom, dirty windows, no way to open them for fresh air. Sheets and towels were nice and clean. Nice chandeliers too. Maybe I...

"This was our second visit to Montage Palmetto Bluff and once again it did not disappoint. The hospitality we find here is second to none. Everywhere we went we were greeted with smiling faces. We’d like to give a special shout out to Carmela at the concierge desk who was so incredibly wonderful with our 4 year-old son, Henry. Everything she did and every recommendation she provided enhanced our stay. The natural beauty of this place is beyond compare. We cannot wait to visit again. "
