"Great rooftop paddling (not swimming) pool. Small but well equipped gym. Strange room service hours (not 24 hr). Hard to find parking further up the street (not on-site) made worse by unfriendly reception staff. Roof access limited to certain hours. Quiet comfortable rooms with great showers and large beds."

"I thought the hotel in general was amazing. The only downside (not the hotels fault) were the rooms were all north facing. This meant no sunshine all day and the rooms felt a bit cold because of this. Overall though the hotel was marvellous."

"In short, the stay was positive and I would go again - but there were a few things that were below expectation, especially for a 4-star hotel. Otherwise, great overall. Negatives: No air conditioning: even tho we visited in Nov, still struggled with the hot & humid air - thankfully the staff were able to provide a fan upon request which partially helped. Sewage smell: an unpleasant smell was present in the toilet/bathroom especially throughout the first 2 days. Cockroach: live cockroach...
