"Staff were very helpful, Rooftop bar has great views across Bangkok. Breakfast was very good. Overall the hotel is excellent but there were one or two small items in our bedroom that need maintenance. It is a very busy part of Bangkok and getting anywhere by taxi can be slow due to the traffic. I’d recommend using the trains as an alternative "

"The rooms are very clean and efficient layout. The resort is much bigger then expected. My negative review was room service at 9pm-ish took over 1 hour and had our order wrong. I know they are busy but no communication when it passed 1 hour wait. Had to call down. Other issue was we had an airport 730pm drive. We called at 7pm to be efficent to get our luggage down. We called at 7;15pm and they forgot us. My sister and I decided at 7:22pm to drag our luggage ourselves. When we were suppose to...

"Hotel is linked to both the BTS Asok and MRT sukhumvit stations, as well as Terminal 21. Very convenient. Room given to us was big and generally clean, except that the floor is not carpet. Toilet smells of urine even after housekeeping, otherwise it’s ok. All necessary amenities were provided, including refillable drinks and snacks. Room also comes with microwave and a separate kitchen sink. "
