"The apartment is in an excellent location right by the river, two minutes walk from several restaurants and five minutes walk to York centre. It was lovely and warm and the garage a huge bonus. The kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that there was no welcome pack as is standard in self catering accommodation and the kettle was heavily lime scaled. "Location is great - short walk into town and just across the road is a lovely woodland for walks in the shadow of the castle and access to the North York’s Moors is very close. Accommodation layout really good for a social gathering - very clean and well equipped including books and games etc "

"We stayed here for 2 nights over the bank holiday for my partners birthday and last little break away before our little boy is due! The most peaceful and relaxing place I’ve ever been too, very much needed. The owners & staff couldn’t of be nicer, so welcoming and friendly. The dome was unreal and the bed was unbelievably comfy, best nights sleep I’ve had in a while! The weather was cloudy for most of our stay but it didn’t matter, we still managed to have a BBQ which was great! Amazing views...
