"Lovely house outside of Spoleto. Better place for summer because the pool was closed during our visit and the outdoor space not usable because of cool weather. There were also no instructions for renters. "

"Everything was perfect! The villa is beautiful, rooms are cosy and location is great in terms of being close to parking lots from which escalators can be taken to town while still far enough from town to have a 'village' feeling. I highly recommend!"

"We loved our stay! Elisa was the consumate host. We loved the peace of our apartment and the ability to cook. Elisa directed us to great food options as well. Our trip to Spoleto and Rasiglia were fantastic! The wine tasting with Danielle was great, they have fantastic wines. We are white wie lovers and the Spolentino grape is superb! They also have a great Savignon Blanc with San Giovese grapes. We will be back! Bello!"

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "A fair value hotel clise to the entrance to the city walls. If you have a car there is free public parking close to the hotel. It was cold and the heat and the room was controlled by the owner. It was on in the evening - turned off overnighr and on the next morning. Okay for a one night stay."
