"What a GEM of a place! The gentlemen at the BnB was kind and works really hard to keep this place in tip top shape. He is kind, welcoming, and very helpful. "Portica 10 is amazing!! The husband and wife who own this beautiful property are wonderful in every way. The little details they have put into every corner as well as into the breakfast are lovely. We truly enjoyed every minute we spent there and highly recommend that you stay here. "We only stayed for 2 nights as we wanted to visit Assisi town. The B&B is located about 10 min drive to town. The unit had a kitchen, 2 bedroom and 1 toilet. No air conditioning. No restaurant on site and no restaurant nearby, you need to drive to town. The swimming pool is small but functional, and is located at the bottom of the hill, there are also cute chickens walking around."

"The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
