We arrived relatively late and while we couldn't eat at the restaurant we're given wonderful a recommendation for a nearby place in walking distance. We slept well and were very happy with the classy feel of the hotel. I gave four stars for comfort ONLY because the room did not have air conditioning. We did not need it as the altitude, time of year and lack of insects made the temperature pleasant with open windows. This should not deter...

"A fair value hotel clise to the entrance to the city walls. If you have a car there is free public parking close to the hotel. It was cold and the heat and the room was controlled by the owner. It was on in the evening - turned off overnighr and on the next morning. Okay for a one night stay."

"Amazing traditional Tuscan scan meal! The hotel itself was alright. Good location to get to Assisi, quiet, lots off parking and nice surroundings but the room was very basic. An ok bed but the bathroom needed some attention. The toilet never fully flushed and there was no holder for the shower head so you had to hold it the whole time. The staff are wonderful and friendly."

"Unfortunately Expedia fouled up our booking so when we arrived there was no room for us. It appears this is not the first time it had happened and the hotel manager were very embarrassed. However, the hotel manager was marvellous, he found and booked us into another hotel, about five miles away, which turned out to be excellent. We returned to Oasis the next day for lunch and had a superb meal."

"You get basic room with no air condition, almost no amnenties and no breakfast. The location is good and the staff was nice though almost know no English. Wouldn't pay 50 Euro a night."

"Clean and comfortable. Balcony was nice. Did not like cats roaming the kitchen and dining areas and sleeping on the tables. Too many cats inside the hotel. Also on leaving on our last day no one was up. No breakfast. We waited till 7:30."
