"Loved the hotel. Most staff helpful. Called taxi for us. We asked for price upfront to exact address. Said 100 euros. Ended up being 150 euros. They gave us "discount" to 130. Hotel should guarantee price with local taxis or pay difference. "

"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "Beautiful property. Safe and quiet. Shower was over the bath, which was a bit inconvenient. "

"We felt honored to have had a week at Borgo Incantado. It’s a magical place. The staff were wonderful, the animals were wonderful and the setting was truly enchanting. If you have a chance to spend anytime here, you should take it. "

"Lovely house outside of Spoleto. Better place for summer because the pool was closed during our visit and the outdoor space not usable because of cool weather. There were also no instructions for renters. "

"It’s a beautiful property. It’s very relaxing. The owner and his 2 adult children were very attentive , always smiling and ensured we had everything we needed. We are an American couple that stayed here 3 nights - we met a couple from Rome and a couple from Sienne that came for the weekend and talked with us about their country"

"Everything was perfect! The villa is beautiful, rooms are cosy and location is great in terms of being close to parking lots from which escalators can be taken to town while still far enough from town to have a 'village' feeling. I highly recommend!"

"Friendly helpful staff. Quiet clean room. Wish they didn’t feel they have to put up a sign at breakfast that says essentially that if you take seconds it will be added to the bill. The sign puts a negative spin on an otherwise friendly atmosphere. The breakfast room is clean but utilitarian and not decorated with taste which is unfortunate because the breakfast offerings were quite good."
