"Lovely oasis in Ballsbridge area of Dublin. Lots of traffic in Dublin, so it took 20-30 minutes to get anywhere near Dublin City center, but Ubers and taxis were plentiful. The spa services and pool area were amazing and unique, and a welcome respite from all the walking and cold weather. Food was good. Service was friendly and attentive, and Afternoon Tea was fabulous. "

"Had a lovely stay . Had some issues with our booking , we booked a room with a queen bed and single bed but forgot to include our 2 15 year olds in our booking . On contacting Expedia they requested cancellation and re booking instead of just including them in the booking . The price had changed significantly. It was quite annoying and took us 2 hours to sort , in the end the hotel itself kindly looked after us and not Expedia ."

"Hotel was very clean and quiet. Room was spacious and the bed & pillows were excellent. Location was a quick bus ride or 20 minute walk into the city center. Ballsbridge is very safe."

"We didn't have a car, and the hotel is right on the bus route for easy access to downtown and the airport. It's also a short walk to Dublin Bay. The area is near the Embassies and is safe and clean. As for the room, the bedroom was clean and efficient, with nice windows that open 2 ways. However, the bathroom left a lot to be desired, as the cold water barely ran, and the shower had no curtain or water pressure. "
