This week I chose a room in the Hotel itself which was great unfortunately the staff went home and left music playing in the Restaurant down below and this kept me awake ! The Management compensated me in the morning for the inconvenience which was good of them. The food was excellent and the ambience was great so I will definitely stay again ."

They went above and beyond to deal with my chemical sensitivities, switching out to fragrance free soap & cleaners for me, and opening the windows and completely airing the apartment before arrival. They sent a great e-mail that explained in detail how to get to the property & how to access it. Worked flawlessly. The location was fabulous, we easily walked everywhere. "Location is great - short walk into town and just across the road is a lovely woodland for walks in the shadow of the castle and access to the North York’s Moors is very close. Accommodation layout really good for a social gathering - very clean and well equipped including books and games etc "
