"My stay here was perfect for someone who was just having a night out with mates. I went to the football at 3 and checked in around 6pm seamlessly. I had an allocated bed in the dormitory and it was still vacant when I arrived in at 4am. Check out was 1030 and issueless. All in all a perfect place to stay right near the city centre for those who just need a bed for a few hours on a night out. This place really is a hidden gem. "A lovely tavern with good music and a cheerful atmosphere. The room was a good size and nicely decorated. The staff were friendly and the breakfast delicious. We've been to York a few times to stay over and this is now our favorite. Will definitely be back!"

Beds really comfortable, room very clean. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini fridge with bottles of water provided. "Literally 5 mins away from the retail park (shops and food) but you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere! Really clear and easy to follow instructions to self-check in meant I could arrive at 22:00 and not feel worried! Definitely will be staying again!"
