"The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I think that is probably the biggest plus of this facility. I had booked a 2 bed/2 bath unit for 5 nights/4 days. Overall, I believe the amenities are good but pricey for what you get. You can see how the building has started to become more run down over the ears. For example the toilet in the master bed started leaking out water from underneath after one night. This was not fixed until we checked out, luckily the two of us could use the other...

"My stay at Fernando Flats was delightful. The little apartment felt like home, due to the artsy decor, comfortable bed, and even ground coffee in a kitchen canister. It was also immaculate.
