"The hotel is stunning. The room was gorgeous and the service staff was so polite and kind. I would have given it perfect score except for the parking and transportation access We took the taxi from the station to the hotel. There were no help at the place we were dropped off which is at the parking area or taxi area. When we checked out, there was minimal help with getting a taxi to go to the airport with our luggages.
