"Great hotel and easy to get to F1 race on line 2, then line 11 right to track. It takes almost two hours due to metro stopping at every station and line-ups but I would stay here again. Club room was amazing with Pudong and river views and super customer service and superior club lounge. Enough food for dinner Ni each night. "

I rated it 3 stars for the area around the property because I feel like the location would be better as it was a bit far from everything, the Mixc mall kind of made up for it but personally I would have liked it better if it was closer to central, or on the other side near the Shanghai Towers.
