"Everything was great with this hotel -the location & quietness especially, and the ambience in lobby area was great too. Only experienced a tiny hiccup in restaurant in one evening, as we turned up without booking and the lady staff made us feeling totally unwelcoming and kept us waiting for 3 minute or so without any greeting nor smiling/eye contact, luckily another male staff turned up and took us to table & settled, we ended up having a lovely evening again- appreciated! We really enjoyed the incredible presentation of our salt crusted sea bass at dinner. The service and food were top notch. We were also delighted with our gracious room upgrade, bottle of champagne upon arrival. Delightful property!"
