"We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning. Positives: good location, great spacious rooms in the sea view suite, fantastic breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle runs to town free of charge. Only negatives are: Not all-inclusive, only small selection of standard drinks and 2/3 cocktails. Paid entry into a small indoor pool, 4 person hot tub and sauna facilities. Gym is tiny but modern, fits about 2/3 people. A little smell in the rooms we believe from drains, although other than that super clean and smells lovely in hallways. Relatively expensive massages for what you get."

"Front desk manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We are English speaking and there was no language barrier. Breakfast was wonderful. We ate dinner's at a lovely off-site place on the beach with views of the ocean. "

"Nice place to stay when in Albufeira. Within walking distance to the beautiful beach Sao Rafael. Great service, quiet, secure, feels like home. Good dining options nearby. Would definitely recommend."

"The hotel and staff were quite lovely during our stay. Unfortunately, we went during the low season and I definitely do not recommend doing that. There wasn't much to do in the surrounding area but that isn't really the hotel's fault. The one thing I will say that was not satisfactory at the property was the breakfast. For £35, I expected at least a little bit better of an offering from the buffet. Everything was quite stale and not many options. We elected to purchase the avocado toast which seemed more like an avocado spread than actual avocados (Avocados seem difficult to get in this region of the world as I have not had great luck in Europe in general finding fresh avocados like you can in the US). Other than that, I highly recommend the property as the rooms were extremely clean, very large, and the design is quite cool. It looks much better in person than it does in photos for some reason. Also, the staff was so friendly as you come to expect when visiting Portugal, it's just a totally different vibe from the people in the US and other parts of Europe. "

"Couldn’t fault location & Villa itself but after care was nonexistent..we were welcomed by one of the team he seemed very good especially when he gave us his number & sayed ring me for anything day or night…well that turned into a damp squib….we needed fresh towels & more bed sheets..Which only turned up two days before we left…we asked to have the pool heated which we paid extra for…the pool was no way heated or if it was they don’t know the difference between hot & cold…the drains were smelling in some of the bathrooms & we went out to buy cleaning fluid for them..each time these things happened I rang to report it but it seemed to fall on deaf ears..the final straw was when the electric tripped and we were asked to sort it ourselves….then when an engineer turned up he told me what to do if it happens again so I asked him what could’ve tripped it he said because the pool uses so much electricity to heat it if you put other appliances on it may cause it to trip….well there was only 8 people in a villa that sleeps 14 so how they would’ve survived with switching appliances on I do not know….So from the 2nd day of our stay was a total disaster there was lack of communication from the villa staff & lack of effort from them to do anything about it…We were over to celebrate my nephew’s wedding which happened on the Thursday 31st October which is was an absolutely gorgeous day the wedding went like clockwork which is more than I can say for our stay at the villa "

"Shops & restaurants within walking distance Appliances more than sufficient. Beds & furniture comfortable. Property very secure & private. Pool area clean & plenty of room, with plenty of sunbeds. I would recommend these villas to everyone who wants a quiet & peaceful holiday "
