We were welcomed with marigold garlands and drinks, and the service was exceptional. We also tried the spa services, and the massage and bath were both relaxing and unique. This is a must-visit place to stay in Ubud, and I highly recommend it!"

All the hotel staff are very polite, welcoming, friendly, they immediately try to help with any issue, very friendly and smiling. The service was top notch. Based on their greeting, they immediately brought a cocktail, fruits and sweets before I entered my room, and when they treated me, they also gave me a very cute set 🥰 I have never seen such service in any hotel before. I would like to especially praise Hanna, the hotel employee who met me on the very first day and met me in the room. Very polite, friendly, sincere and kind 🥰 thanks to her, my first impressions of this place were like this. "Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice. "
