Rooms felt a bit like bunkers, and style overall is quite dark and sultry, not the best option for young children as there isn't really anywhere for them to run around, but recommend for couples/solo travellers."

"Staff were great, especially the concierge who helped us sort out our trains to Budapest. Only negative was check-in. We had prepaid for an expensive room only to be told when we checked in that the room was not available. The front desk tried to upsell us to a room that was $100 plus higher a day than the room we paid for. We politely refused and said we wanted the room we paid for - and magically the room became available. Our superior room supposedly had a balcony with a view, more like a...
