"The location of this hotel is perfection and I loved the room. The area is loud so earplugs are a good idea. Also for those coming from a cooler climate, we found the room a bit warm even with the thermostat turned all the way down. Still would highly recommend and stay again. Such a neat spot!"

"The staff was excellent! They were super helpful and gave us a little tour and history of the place. Everything about CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was beautiful. The courtyard, the building and the roof top views! We would love to stay there again and totally recommend it! "

"What a hotel ... excellent location for exoring the historical centre, stylish, comfortable, the best breakfast experience we've ever had (thank you Jorge), amazing rooftop bar with buzzing vibe and incredible views and a warm and welcoming team. They had an annivesary treat waiting in our room which was a lovely surprise and were unobtrusive yet always ready to offer assistance or jave a quick chat. "Everything was perfect in terms of the Hotel and location plus the staff couldn’t do enough to assist us. Will certainly stay again. Only negative but got use to it in the end, no Buffet breakfast and you had to order so if your in a rush, not great. "
