"Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. Also, given it is a 5* hotel, i expected it not be accessible for free (obviously pay for treatments). Breakfast at the suites was also truly exceptional, i...

"Absolutely beautiful hotel! Food was great, pools were stunning and staff were lovely. The most peaceful and relaxing hotel I have stayed in. Definitely want to return here!! Parking at hotel is free so highly recommend a car to travel around. We did this and it was definitely worth it as there are beautiful places to see on the island and great restaurants. FANTASTIC!"

"We had a very relaxing five-night stay at Gran Faustino. The hotel is elegant, the staff are very friendly and the location in the quiet back streets is perfect for exploring Ciutadella on foot. Highly recommended."

"Amazing boutique hotel in a central location. Really clean and well presented. Service impeccable and welcoming. Complimentary mini bar in the room was an added bonus. The outside area was really nice and imagine it would be lovely to use when a little warmer! If we had to provide a small negative, it was a shame that the use of the spa wasn’t included in the price. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel qui vient d’ouvrir. Seulement 15 chambres dans un immense parc toutes avec piscine et jardin privatifs totalement intégrées au lieu. On a une merveilleuse impression d’être au bout du monde. Gros coup de cœur pour notre suite raffinée, cosy et spacieuse. Petit défaut l’éclairage un peu trop tamisé dans la salle de bains pour se maquiller et manque des éclairages individuels sur les tables de chevet pour lire sans déranger son compagnon. "We where on the side of non inclusive, it was private and beautifully kept, the rooms feel like a villa with a private small kitchenette and the living room jas a Murphy bed that comes down at night with 2 full bathrooms and the million dollar views, just make sure if you want to east in premises you must reserve before"

El inodoro se atascaba....no había presencia de personal en el hotel,todo a través de telf. o WhatsApp....habiatacion demasiado pequeña.. Precio desorbitado de la habitación para lo que es el hotel. Lo único destacable la ubicación que era perfecta. "

Lovely stay at Lago Suites
