"This brand new hotel is just so comfortable and cute. Super close to the town center, and with lots of parking around to visit the island by car. The owner is lovely and super helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Free breakfast in the morning is a plus. Looking forward to coming back soon! "

"Wonderful stay overall. Very helpful staff. Nice cook to order breakfast along with other options. Clean room. Forget about street parking nearby, in fact anywhere in town. Nearest parking lot is 10 minutes walk. We enjoyed our stay they let us do late check out too."

"Welcoming , relaxing, luxurious, exactly what we wanted. Absolutely loved it. The wait at breakfast was often quite long, the staff seemed very busy even though the hotel wasn't full. But apart from that it was perfect. Loved the rooms, decor, reception, the pool and drinks, location, would definitely be back."

"Amazing boutique hotel in a central location. Really clean and well presented. Service impeccable and welcoming. Complimentary mini bar in the room was an added bonus. The outside area was really nice and imagine it would be lovely to use when a little warmer! If we had to provide a small negative, it was a shame that the use of the spa wasn’t included in the price. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again."

"Olga on reception was in touch with us beforehand to arrange the procedure on arrival. When we arrived, there she was to greet us & go through everything that we could possibly need to know & more ! We were upgraded to a very quaint olde worlde Spanish apartment type room which was spot on. Would definitely recommend for the hotel & the location."

"Fantastic weekend getaway! Staff are truly friendly and professional and were able to help us with everything we needed for the weekend! Britanny at the Lago hotel side was so friendly with recommendations as well! The only downside is the state of the spa, which i was disappointed in the condition. It needs maintenance and upgrading. "I stayed in a first floor apartment with a south facing balcony. The apartment was simple but well equipped, with a comfortable bed and enough kitchen equipment to make simple meals. I was impressed that there was an oven, toaster, microwave and even a small washing machine. The outside surroundings were nice with lots of grass and palm trees. Communication from the staff was excellent - my flight arrived late, Expedia did not pass this information on to them when I booked, so I was glad I contacted them directly, and when I did they were extremely helpful, sending me detailed instructions on how to pick up the keys. The area definitely had an end-of-season feel to it, with the small supermarket a bit under stocked as it was closing for the season the following week. I went here for peace and quiet so I was ok with that (end of October), no doubt in peak season it is a lot busier. The nearby beach is lovely, with clear water and a marked off area that boats aren’t allowed in to disturb the swimmers. "

"The property itself is lovely and the location is great. The weather wasn't that good and we advised we were cold so were brought some blankets. Bathroom was not too clean and we mentioned that, told someone would come but never did. We ran out of toilet rolls and again advised some would be brought but never arrived. Without internet all of our stay, mentioned several times but no joy with that. A little more attention to detail would go a long way."
