"Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms had everything we needed. (Fair warning to British tourists - there are no tea and coffee facilities in the rooms, but it is easily available at the request at the lobby seating area.) Breakfast was very generous and catered to all - omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. 30 mins easy walk to Colosseum, or quick ride in public transport. 20 mins walk from Termini (bus/train depo). We were very well looked after and enjoyed our stay."

"Overall great place to stay, especially if you're on a budget and want to stay within Rome – so would definitely come back. The area is quite dodgy, lots of graffiti, and I wouldn't recommend walking towards the train station as it feels more like Naples than Rome. Still, there's a good transport connection, supermarkets and pizzerias in the area. There is an off-street parking outside, which could be quite busy, so you might need to wait until you get a space. "Walkable from train station (or very short taxi ride). Area seems a little iffy, but also good night life and the room was totally quiet when it was loud outside. Good food options near by. If you like walking, Colosseum is only about 25 minutes away."

"Lele Rooms was immaculately clean in every way. The beds were exceptionally comfortable; the linen was cotton, fresh, and the duvets were large and comfortable. We asked for an extra one, and the host remembered. The shower was excellent: large with lots of hot water. The host is amazing!! He was in touch before our arrival, arranged a taxi pick at the airport, texted several times to see how things were, recommended a fabulous nearby restaurant, and came by once to replenish supplies like...

"Tucked out of the way from main area of Rome sites, but with no 3 and 19 tram stop just outside. A few restaurants in the area but at least 20 minutes walk from termini station. The property description did not meet with the reality as the photographs did not look anything like what we experienced plus no free bottled water or premium bedding. The lady at reception spoke little or no English so explaining that we expected the aforementioned went unrecognised."

"The appartment was amazing and the owner Francesca so nice and kind. The room was cozy and beautiful, bathroom incredible, there is also a kitchen, and you can have snacks, tea and coffee if needed. The area is Termini, though it is not one the greatests areas in Rome is well comunicated with bus so you don't have to walk around at night. Really nice place and lovely owner. I would definitely book it again."

"Right next to bars that are loud and open till late 3am Great in my younger days I would just join in but with young family not so good. Room nice all you need maybe my old age but a better mattress almost bounced my wife out when I got in . Nice area not far from train station. Great restaurants and ice cream bar over the road."

"Although the room was very clean, it was a shed converted into a room. In fact it was part of the garden of the property. The most disgusting part is that the owner made me pay again, he insisted that he had not been paid, even though I showed him my receipt. I would like a refund, he made me pay 70 euros for the room and a further US$ 104.44 had been deducted from my bank account on 24/01/201/."
