It is a small hotel on the fifth floor (served by a lift) a few blocks (15 minutes walk) from Termini in an early 20th century building. The hotel is clean and our rooms were well appointed. We had two rooms. My son and daughter stayed in a fairly conventional double whereas that of myself and my wife was one where two rooms had been knocked through to create a triple. "Room is soundproofed, didn't hear any sound from the street, next door nor the corridor. Room is clean, pleasant design, love the bricked roof. Mary at the front desk is exceptionally accommodating. Nice cafe for breakfast, good pizzeria, and restaurant, all on the same street as the hotel within 2 mins walk. Metro, Termini, and attractions are 10-20 min walk away."

"Starting from the beggining when the host Roxana contacted me in advance with a full description how to acces the room since i was arriving late. It made my arrival in Rome stress free. The room was very clean and cleaning was performed accordingly every day of my stay. Staff is very friendly and i want to thank everyone that was involved as it made our stay very comfort.
