Never had a problem finding a bathroom free and was always tidy. The instructions to enter on arrival were clear and the lift smooth and reliable. Great location and good cafes in Piazza Cairoli. "Absolutely amazing stay. Hosts were very gracious and attentive. Picturesque neighborhood and plenty of different restaurant options. A 15 minute walk to the Tower of Pisa. Available free pastries and snacks at anytime day or night. The lobby/sitting room was peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast spread was magnificent and was surprised it was included with the room stay. "

"We stayed in Pisa in October for 1 night and thought the accommodation was ok but unfortunately a floating side table fell off the wall in the middle of the night and landed on my hand bag and my phone was smashed beyond repair. After a discussion with the owner who said she’d pay for damages has ignored all emails etc for any form of reimbursement so I am Financially out of pocket and Even worse all my data and photos were lost with the phone.
