"Sawadeeka!! The Staff here go above and beyond to ensure a 5 star experience. The only negative would have to be the view from the pool is obstructed due got anew building being built next to it. However you still get a good view. "

"Overall it is an amazing room and hotel, but I did expect the elevators to be faster…it is an extremely long wait whether you stay on the lower floors or the State Tower more expensive rooms. Please also include clear events and times on a sheet in the room, a lot of us don’t know to check the website. Especially older people like my parents. "

"Great location. The staff at the cafe in the morning are wonderful. The ceiling in the mens bathroom at the pool needs to be fixed. Asap. The door hits the light. "

"The service here is top notch and very accommodating. They were able to check us in a little early but the room they gave us felt like it hasn’t been used or clean in awhile. We noticed that the key wasn’t working because the electronic lock had low battery which was odd and the bath mat was a black which looked kinda moldy so we just left it outside the room. Overall though this place is very convent and a good place to sleep and rest would recommend again."
