"Room was booked for three persons and extra paid. However the room was not set up and linen, bedding and towels not initially provided persons for three persons I would have expected a slightly better service bearing in mind the premium paid for booking this hotel. Otherwise a good hotel to stay "

"We had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms are impeccable, the spa, the pool and the general atmosphere is very relaxing and very welcoming! We liked the service, especially at the bar and the buffet style restaurant La Veranda.The only slight disappointment was the fact that we were not able in 5 days of our stay to book a dinner reservation at Les Fresques. The lady at reception was not helpful at all. Overall, we had a great time at this resort and this little inconvenience did not...

"We arrived at the location and they didn't let us check in because we weren't a family. We were a couple of friends and just wanted to have location to enjoy out short holidays. They told us they would refund the money but just kept ignoring our messages. We had to do an online check-in where the saw that we weren't a family and didn't say anything until we drove 6h there. "We had a short stay in the two bedroom apartment just before New Year. It was an absolutely delightful experience. Spotless, full featured and fully equipped. Management company provided excellent service and went out of their way to meet us on a Sunday afternoon. Added bonus was the housekeeping. "We had a lovely 3-night stay at the Royal Plaza Montreux. It was an easy walk from the Montreux station (also easy to get a taxi if you have a lot of luggage and don’t want to walk). We walked to the Christmas market, which was wonderful! It was also an easy walk to the shopping district, which had tons of shopping and restaurants. In addition, the bus was super easy to use, goes right by the hotel, and takes you to shopping as well as Chillon castle. The hotel breakfast on the main floor was lovely, with plenty of options. The hot buffet on the lower level was also very good with a ton of options. But perhaps the best thing was the gorgeous view of the lake and the mountains from the hotel lobby!"
