"Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

"The first two things that come to mind are The Amazing View and Exceptional Staff. The view from our balcony is one of the best I have seen and every member of the staff was overly friendly and accommodating. We have traveled to many places and this is probably tied for our number one spot. "
