The only issues i had was the doors were not sound proof i could here it every time the room next to me opened the door or was cleaned, the other being that the phones in room were not working and i had to order from bathroom phone. I told them, but nobody fixed it. "

"The staff are welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. I arrived at a very unsociable hour (2 am!) and they got me checked in quickly so I could rest. The room itself is massive, with a huge 4 poster bed and a lovely sitting area. Bathroom has a tub with overhead shower, plus a separate shower cubicle. The bathroom could do with a deep clean, it's an older building so starting to show some stains, but nothing of concern. The included breakfast was lovely. I did attempt to order room service but...
