"Everything was as advertised and even exceeded the expectations. I even got upgraded to a better room for free. Room was big, clean and very nicely decorated, and very cozy, as all the hotel was. The service was great, starting from the reception (Anna did the check-in and welcomed me) and the service in the restaurant."

"First of all, excellent service. They thought of everything before you even asked - bought show ticket for me because they knew the line is long, reminded me to get ready for Ha Long Bay pickup, arranged transportation, offered shower before midnight flight, how to eat local food, currency exchange, etc. Tips and advice on everything. This made my short 3 day-2 night stay so easy and efficient. Staff always friendly and helpful. Restaurant is great too, food, decor and ambience. I ate breakfast...

"Great hotel, excellent location - all of old town within walking distance. Hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. We didn't have dinner but the breakfast buffet had a good selection and was tasty. Nothing negative to say about it, definitely recommend! "

"We have spend much money and time at Victor Rooftop bar & restaurant. This great bar & restaurant with delicious foods, good drinks. Our room was nice – clean. Their staffs was super friendly."

"Very good location to old quarter. Our bedroom was small, but clean and comfortable. We would stay again. Breakfast was great. The staff was top notch. Smooth and informative check in process, quick guides and recommendations for restaurants around Hanoi. The best was we mentioned we had an early morning departure and they packed a lunch for us to send us off. The staff was all so sweet. Especially My. Would def recommend for people staying in old quarter. "

"The staff was very attentive. Went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. I arrived at 6am. They assisted me to get my laundry booked, offered me a complimentary breakfast and I was able to go and do my day's excursion quite comfortably."

Pleasant accomodation

"FLC Luxury Resort Vĩnh Phúc is a very nice hotel with spacious rooms. The room had a big and comfortable bed with soft pillows. The room was clean. The bathroom offered a sufficient number of towels. The staff was friendly. We could order breakfast from the breakfast menu. We didn't find any hand soap in the bathroom. The door to the bathroom was squeaky (I don't understand why the cleaning crew doesn't report this to the maintenance crew so they could fix it). The water from the bathtub was draining very slowly - it was clogged. Overall the stay was pleasant, but there were some minor things they should fix so the stay would be perfect."
