Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks. Overall the service was excellent will definitely return. "

"We booked a swim up pool room and we were not told that the pool is cold and does not work during certain times of the year. This would have been important to note as we would not have booked this room if we knew. The pool although closed was super dirty and not kept up well for a 5 star hotel I think they should at least keep that done. Besides that the room was beautiful, clean and spacious. "I’ve stayed in 5* hotels around the world. What stood out here was the entire staff genuinely making us feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Little things- we wanted to go into town so asked for a taxi- they said no need, we’ll take you in the hotel car. And just let us know when you finish your meal for the return trip. We have some water for your taxi ride so you can stay hydrated on the airport journey. And more. Will definitely go back. "

The gym in the morning was dirty and unkempt. The gym facility was all-together underwhelming. The massage was sub-par. But it was tranquil and relaxing. "
