"A new resort in a 400 year old vineyard. Exceptional property. Location was really picturesque. We booked 5 rooms as a group vacation. Hotel was very elegant. Staff were very friendly and attentive and will do everything to make ur stay memorable. Rooms are very comfortable. Their spa is very nice with sauna, hamam and a lap pool overlooking the valley. Must try their port wines. On the whole we have really enjoyed our stay at this property . Thank u all."

"We enjoyed our stay here, and they arranged a wonderful day of wine tasting and a cooking class for us. The things we did not like, though, were that the gym in the basement was very warm, and also the outdoor pool was not open, even though it was quite hot out. The breakfast was nice. There is not much to do in the immediate area, so you would want to have a car, or a driver arranged for your time there. We did not use any of the spa services. They have bikes to use, but we did not inquire...
