"Overall a perfect experience. After checking in, we asked to switch to a room with two beds since I wasn't feeling well. I explained that if they could accommodate us, the room did not have to have a canal view. The staff told us to continue with our plans and when we return, stop by the desk for new keys. "The room we booked was impossibly small and dated. Bathroom was small and worn. We upgraded and paid more for a suite which was newer and nice. It cost €50 more per night in Feb 2025 (off season) The photo I relied on showed a nice bed. Unfortunately that bed took up virtually the entire room. We barely could squeeze in our luggage."

"A fabulous hotel, beautifully designed luxury with modern furnishings and everywhere is spotlessly clean. It's hidden away from crowds and a perfect location to appreciate Venice. We made use of the hotel boat from the hotels private jetty, very affordable and easy to book. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Sabrina on reception for her local restaurant recommendations and room upgrade to make our anniversary stay even more memorable. "
