Providing information, guidance and directions, advising on travel as well as arranging dinner reservations for us in equally delightful restaurants. Rooms are clean, with good decor and facilities. "Hotel is perfectly located, 10-15mins walk to all the places we wanted to go (town centre, train station, dense areas of restaurants). Highly recommend junior suite which is just the right size for 2. While breakfast was included in the rate it really was very very basic. Staff were friendly enough."

"A great hotel! The staff were great. We just loved the hotel and spent most of our time in the bar lobby and on our balcony. We have seen Venice a number of times and Hotel Danieli is close everything. The ambience is unlike any hotel. A must stay!"

We were unable to fly home into Heathrow on the day we were due to check out, but the hotel were very helpful, offering us an upgraded room at a special rate to accommodate us until the following day when we had secured a flight. "We loved this little hotel, just steps from a tiny canal. The room and the double bed were small but this is Europe! Not a problem for us. There are cafes everywhere, including near this hotel, and a little gelato shop just over the bridge (30 second walk) we decided to call “Last Chance Gelato” temping us every night on our way back to the hotel for bedtime. This is a simple, safe, clean place to sleep in Venice. Great staff and lovely service. We’d stay again!"

"Location was perfect for me as near Alilaguna waterbus stop for airport transfers and other ACTV stops for places i wanted to visit. San Marco area, although busy, is a great place to be based for someone making a first visit to this fascinating and charming city. Lots of shopping outlets nearby, top end and touristy and plenty of choice for meals out. I really enjoyed my stay despite having been the victim of pickpockets on the crowded ferry to Murano.
