"Outstanding hotel with close access to San Marco! Private vaporetto service through hotel for a small fee. Incredibly delicious breakfast buffett with fresh fruit, croissants, rolls, bakery, fruit, eggs, bacon, cereal, desserts and more. Wonderful staff and the rooms are impeccably clean. Quiet small community of Guidecca at night with restaurants, bars, coffee shops. We visited San Marco during the day and spent nights in Guidecca. Boat ride is 10 minutes. I have business 2X a year in Venice...

"This was an amazing place. The young man at the desk helped us with water shuttles to the next Idland. He helped us get to the airport. It was incredible what he did for us. "Beautiful, quaint hotel with a beautiful garden area and lovely villa right on the back bay. Doorman (wish I had his name) is phenomenal! Room “upgrade” was interesting as we had small ship pieces of the old ceiling fall on us multiple times while sleeping and we terminated 5-6 mosquitoes over the 2 nights. Coffee and tea replenishment needs to be more consistent, we got decaf coffee only and no replacement of herbal tea or water."
