"Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Unfortunately Sa Pa was foggy during our stay so we never got to appreciate the view from the room but I imagine it’s an amazing view. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel is in a good location. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Sa Pa thank you to the great staff for a wonderful stay. "

"The staff at this place are incredible. If you have any issues they will resolve it in matter of minutes. You have to do the trip to Fansipan as if you stay there you get a free upgrade to VIP and fast track. Take advantage of this as it will make the trip that much more convenient. "I stayed at the Family room (2 bedrooms), ample space for all. We got the mountain view. Fantastic view during clear sky especially in the morning. About 5 mins walk to Moana. We arrived 6am and the staff allowed us to use the washroom to freshen up and leave our luggage at the reception counter. It's safe ya to leave your luggage there.
