The receptionists seemed unorganized, and it felt like there was no proper system in place. Even though I checked in late and checked out early, both processes took much longer than expected. If they can improve efficiency at the front desk, it would make the experience much smoother."

Super helpful concierge services secured us a table for dinner at a place we wanted to dine, which we could not secure ourselves (restaurant said they had no space). "

"Great family orientated hotel with expansive breakfast options, activities, and pool. Excellent and friendly service from the staff and large, comfortable rooms to boot. The only drawback would be the location. The area is very very busy making anything but taking the BTS a time consuming, frustrating challenge. The issue is that the two nearest stations are at least a 12 to 15 minute walk, which on a hot, humid day with a toddler, can be uncomfortable. Therefore, we chose to use cabs to leave...
