"All staff (doormen, reception, housekeeping, Mozu and Lounge) were very friendly and always eager to assist. Front lobby flora decor is always impressive!!! Breakfast at Mozu is always delicious and their attention to detail to the food/beverages is superb!! I frequently stay at this hotel when I am in BKK and Lebua never fails to impress."

However, the hotel in general is looking old and in need of a refurbishment, especially considered the £155 price tag. In BKK it faces stiff competition. Still a wonderful grand old lady of a hotel. Restaurants, boat shuttle, spacious rooms, and on-river restaurants are its strong points."

"Staff are all friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain. We stayed im two bedroom suite which is big with 2 full in room bathroom amd and extra toilet to give more convenience. Check in at the Ececutive lounge with free refreshment and snacks were great. There was also daily free afternoon tea buffet on top of tje breakfast. Literally you can stay in the hotel,the whole day with two pools amd a gym. Defintely worth the price for a great holiday. Will go back again."

"An oasis in the concrete jungle only 4.8 miles from the BKK airport. They have a shuttle for pick up and drop off at the airport, a lonely pool area, breakfast restaurant, walking path and seating along the river. The room was modern and apparently newly remodeled. A great place to stay near the airpot. "
