The rooms were very clean and comfortable, however we paid for an upgrade to deluxe but felt the room was still quite standard. There is room for improvement- eg lighting the fire in lounge area on a winters night and not using the entrance to main accommodation as storage area for the house keeping staff. "The Caravan wasn't clean on handover. Hob was dirty. Shower dirty. Floor really dirty. Accidentally split a drink on floor when i cleaned it up the cloth was absolutely filthy. Beds uncomfortable mattress so hard. Sorry wont be staying again "
