"Great location above Pavilion Mall. Pool a little disappointing as it was smaller than it appeared in the pictures (15m maybe). Would have been nice if they had let us know that the power was going to be out for 4 hours on one of the days we were there when we made the booking rather than whilst we were there.. Staff friendly, no pork so breakfast was a bit disappointing.. "

This trip was to see a concert of my favourite Japanese singer and it turned out that he also stayed this hotel! I also bumped into him in the Chinese restaurant. The Ritz will be a special place for me forever!! "
