"We booked this hotel expecting a luxurious room and a relaxing wellness stay, but our experience was mixed. The room we were given had windows so high above our heads it felt like a prison cell—not terrible, but certainly not what we anticipated. I asked if we could switch rooms, but unfortunately, there were no alternatives without the same issue. The breakfast, however, was absolutely superb.
