The best of everything here with views of the ocean, 5 minute walk to old town shops or the cathedral, breakfast is fantastic, hotel staff cater to you and care about providing excellent service, beautiful room, bathroom fantastic, clean , quiet location in the evenings , pool and sundeck are amazing , indoor pool / spa area are gorgeous. We stayed one night at another hotel not far away and El Llorence was that little extra bit better in every category. "

"Honestly, we were most excited about this stay on our honeymoon and it was a miss. This was our 3rd Michelin key hotel of our trip and it truly did not compare to the others. The grounds were beautiful, but the service and overall experience wasn’t. The missing piece to describe it all was lack of attentiveness. From introduction to the hotel at the start, to the pool area/service, to staff at breakfast, to service at the Michelin restaurant. Overall it felt like a 4 star hotel, rather than a 5....
