He told us the get to our room and that he will find out with the cleaning staff if they had any supplies. Sure enough, 5' later he came knocking at our room, and presented a roll of masking tape that I used to secure my sole. This allowed me to get the train to the next town and but a new pair of shoes. Unfortunately, i never knew the name of...

One suggestion: please put a floor squeegee in the accessible rooms’ bathrooms as the showers soak the bathroom floors since they are essentially wet rooms."
