"A great stay here in Crete, if you’re planning to come here from Heraklion I suggest renting a car (around 1 hour and 30 minutes from there). The resort is stunning, all new and with attentive staff. The food offered at the buffet was great, many options and with excellent desserts. The room was modern and stunning, I loved the pool on the balcony. The beach is long and stunning with nice beach beds. Overall I loved my stay here. "

"Really enjoyed our stay here, the hotel and room was immaculate condition. Shame the pool was a bit too cold at end of October but made use of the warm indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast had a great choice and staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend. Only downfall was our room was supposed to be full sea view but more like partial sea view from first floor as part of hotel building blocked the majority of the sea view from our balcony."

"This was by far the most unique, amazing hotel we stayed at on the island of Crete. Upon arrival we were given fresh-squeezed lemonade made from their own lemon trees. The staff was so friendly! The building is over 500 years old, and nothing like I've ever seen before. The suite we got was huge, (living room, full kitchen, dining room, and bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs). "Basic but very clean & comfortable property. Shower was hot, beds were comfortable. Great view, and short walk to Almyrida beach. We were looked after well by the landlord. We will definately be back."
