"I would want to give this hotel 5*, however, at first my room have some issues (the wash sink didn’t drain at all, the water boiler didn’t work), the staff were so helpful try to fix most of the issues, one thing I still believe that a five star hotel with permanent dots stained bath tub is not acceptable. I could not enjoy a hot bath after a long day walking .. how sad, they also would not be able to change the room for me, so I subtract a start for this. The staffs are very nice and helpful...

"You are literally up in the clouds with the fog. The property is top notch, highly attentive staff who take care of you with a smile. They go out of their way to accommodate you.
