"The hotel staff were not the most helpful. We have been travelling for 3 weeks now and this is the worst hotel we have stayed in. They were so slow and did not really inform you of anything, you had to find out yourself. The pools were all clean but around the edges they had put some foam to cover where it’s peeling and that was also coming off. "We had booked a deluxe room, which was terrible. It was old, mouldy, the grain was not working and overall a 3 star at best. The staff was gracious enough to move us to a pool villa.
