"overall good hotel, exept for 2 episodes, a women screaming at 2am in the room next door and a woman using her cel phone on loud speakers in the breakfast room. we had to report these episodes to the Reception"

After a long and exhausting flight, we arrived in the morning, and even though check in time was at 2 PM, they kindly allowed us to check in early. "At the check-in there was a delay due to offered a double bed room. My booking for a Twin beds. The overall stay was good, but music was heard every night from a bar or disco until late at night. The room was missing towel and took me several calls but not delivered. The breakfast was good of variety of food for different taste. Overall not to the standard for Radisson chain of hotels which I stayed before."

"It was close to the elevator and its window show the street and some coconut trees. The entire team was cheerful and smiling the whole time , the front desk was such a nice gentleman, he made sure that our room is convenient for my mother. Big thanks to the housekeeping team and the head of department who came and asked us for our feedback , she really deserves big appreciation , such a nice lady ! "

"Brand new hotel, spacious, clean but lacking some basic amenities. You can't access any steaming service or mirror device to TV which is very surprising for a new hotel/TV. Also surprising is lack of towels, you get two bath towels and no other for drying hands etc."
