"I loved my trip to Muscat and felt very safe here especially as a lone female traveler. The staff were kind and helpful. The only problem I had was my airport pick up. "Nice and decent hotel"

"We stayed for one night at the hotel. It was a very clean and modern one bedroom apartment. My kids enjoyed the pool which was clean and the breakfast was amazing. The location of the hotel is right above a mall so it was very convenient for shopping and dining options. As my kids wanted to use the pool till after check out time the manager agreed for a late checkout. Thank you so much! All in all an excellent hotel and superb service. Will definitely come again. "

"The hotel is nice and convenient, staff are very friendly and professional. Imran helped me around a couple of times and welcomed me to the room, with a professional and friendly manner. Breakfast was nice and the restaurant staff are excellent. The kettle in my room was broken and I tried calling the number mentioned for dry cleaning few times but they never picked up. Other than that the place is good and the staff are great. "

"Everything was very good to be fair. The only things i didn’t like was that their was no dedicated space to work on your laptop except in the lobby where there’s only one socket outlet to charge your laptop, meaning only one person in the whole lobby can charge. Also since the lobby is the only place (other than your room) where you can work, it was very noisy because there were kids playing in the lobby and others crying, it was very annoying.
